Careers in HR

Talent

Work out what you have to say for yourself.

Six short sessions, each ending with something written down that you can use — in an application, an interview, or a conversation with a recruiter who asked what you are looking for.

Six sessions · about 20 minutes each

Target roles and locations

What am I aiming for next, and where would I take it?

Value proposition

What am I trusted with, and what changes because I was there?

Direction

What move am I making, and why is it a step rather than a sidestep?

Evidence

Which four or five situations actually demonstrate this?

Fit criteria

What has to be true for a role to be worth my energy?

Constraints

What is simply true about where and how I can work?

Six questions worth answering properly. No order, nothing to finish, and every answer written in your own words.

What it is not

Nothing here writes anything for you.

A session asks you a question and, if you are stuck, asks a sharper one. It never drafts. That is deliberate: the only version worth having is the one you can defend when somebody asks a follow-up, and text generated for you falls apart at exactly that moment.

Not a profile to complete

There is no percentage, no sequence, and no penalty for doing one session and leaving the rest.

Twenty minutes each

One question at a time, in any order, whenever you have the head for it.

Yours to keep

Every answer stays in your words, and comes with you into an export, a ReadNote, or an interview.

What it changes

The market narrows to you.

Tell it the roles you would actually take and where, and the same board comes back ranked against them — with anything that meets or breaks your stated conditions marked before you open it. Most of what makes an opportunity feed useful is having said what you want out loud.

Say it once, properly.
