Submit an agency assignment

Careers in HR doesn’t publish agency listings in the live feed by default. Agency Assignments is a curated lane for select mandates where the role is real, the brief is clear, and the agency’s reputation adds value for HR candidates.

Purpose

Curated placement

Selected assignments are published outside the live feed — designed to reach a dedicated HR audience with clearer role framing.

Focus

Role clarity

Each assignment is presented as a standalone page with clean role context — not a generic talent-pooling CTA.

Intent

Genuine hiring

This lane is reserved for real mandates with active hiring intent — where the agency’s credibility supports the candidate experience.

What this is (and isn’t)

A curated lane for agency assignments — separate from the live feed.

What This Is

A curated publishing lane for select agency mandates — designed to improve role clarity and reach an engaged HR audience.

Careers in HR intentionally keeps agency listings out of the live feed by default. Agency Assignments exists for the exceptions — where the mandate is real and the brief is clear.

Applications continue to flow directly to the employer link (or your approved process). Careers in HR does not collect applications or build talent pools.

What This Is Not

Agency Assignments intentionally does not include:

  • Talent pooling or “register your interest” campaigns
  • Role-less ads used for database growth
  • Candidate collection forms hosted by Careers in HR
  • Screening or referral activity by Careers in HR

This lane is about clarity and trust — not volume.
